Films have the power to create the illusion of reality, for the witness to share the process of the characters, to feel with them, to be with them. Story as the potential to help us heal our own stories. It is pure magic if you think of it. I see cinema as one of the best form of medicine because it recreates all of life in a condensed object that you can bring with you to a friend's house and create a shared moment out of it.
